No response from customer service

delivery 24 hours late; Waited first day from 1-8pm - no message, no delivery. I had to call the store to schedule another time. Bag with items torn; some packages opened wit items missing. No response from Customer Service.

User's recommendation: beware - didn't meet delivery day; packages torn and missing items.

Return of a Product in LR Barcelona

No response to my message re incomplete delivery- missing items and damaged packages.

Send message to company on Jan 11. But no response to date. (Jan 21) Two of the websites for customer service are defunct. The third message went through but no response. Disappointing. When I return to France Ill have to go to the store to take the faulty items for a refund a nuisance and waste of my time.

User's recommendation: BewRe of delivery service mine was 24 hours after stated time and I waited from 1pm to 8pm but no one came I had to call the store to get another time. And when the package arrived in a torn bag, some of the items had been opened snd pieces were missing.
