I bought a pellet stove from their Murcia store and it did not work right from the start , they don't want to know , 1000 Euros wasted , there is no one to complain to and it their policy is that you have to return it in the original packing ? how can I do that when I have thrown it away ?

Something like that in the UK would have a 2 year Guarantee and exchange policy . I tried to contact the manufacturer and they also do not provide a means of contacting them or product support , all they have are PDF updates , I have looked through all of them but it is a waste of time.
